Return or Exchange Policy

When you receive the product, please make an opening video while unboxing it.
If any damage or defect is visible in the opening video, the product will be eligible for return.
The video must be clear and complete.
If we can clearly see the damage in the video, we will accept the return.
If you do not have an opening video, we will not be able to help with any return or exchange request.

If the product is damaged or defective, you will need to send the parcel back to us, and we will send you a replacement.
Please note that there is no refund option — your payment will not be refunded.

Before returning, it is mandatory to have the opening video as proof.
No returns will be accepted without it.

If you received exactly what you ordered, then returns are not allowed.
If we sent the wrong item, then the return will be accepted.
